About the Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, supporting them in all aspects of daily living. You will work closely with our experienced and stable management team, who have been in place for several years and are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of care.

Daily Tasks Include:



Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming. Supporting residents at meal times, ensuring their dietary needs are met. Engaging with residents in daily activities to promote their physical and emotional well-being. Monitoring residents' health, reporting any changes to the senior care team. Providing companionship and emotional support, fostering a homely and caring environment.

What We're Looking For:



Experience Essential

: Previous experience working in a care setting, particularly with dementia care.

Team Player

: You'll work alongside a dedicated and supportive team to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

Shifts Available

: Both early and late shifts available, with alternate weekends required.

Caring & Compassionate

: We are looking for individuals who truly care about making a difference in the lives of the elderly.

Additional Hours Available:
