We are looking to add additional staff to our fantastic care team, you will be supporting residents in their daily life whilst promoting each person's privacy, dignity, and independence, you will be in a well-established and supportive team who have a passion for outstanding care in a happy and caring atmosphere. We call our staff Social Care Professionals in recognition of the talent and professionalism that staff in the industry have.

Duties include...

Assisting residents in washing, dressing, and undressing Assisting residents with their toileting needs, including continence promotion Making and changing beds, tidy residents' rooms and do light cleaning Assist residents with mobility issues, where appropriate Helping with the serving of meals and drinks, assisting those residents who are need support and ensuring that each resident receives the meal or diet that he/she has requested and is suitable for his/her needs. Assist with social and entertainment activities within the Home Assists with trips out on our minibus You will carry out detailed handovers to ensure all care plan and other documentation is completed and to a high standard.

Pay from 12.00 per hour Approx 24 hours per week Maximum shift length 9 hours - We do not believe in 12-hour shifts You will need to be able to work a rrange of Shifts: 7am - 2pm; 7am - 4pm; 2pm to 10pm; 4pm to 10pm; 6pm to 10pm Paid Breaks Ongoing training and support including Qualifications Free Parking Free Uniform Free Blue Light discount card ( on completion of probation)

Requirements

Flexibility to work mornings, days, evening, weekends. Good communication skills both verbal and written To have the ability to work effectively within a team environment Satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service check and Adult First check (DBS) Two satisfactory references including previous employer

Desirable

Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care would be advantageous but if you have a passion for care then we can help you work towards this
