Responsibilities

Assisting residents or clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication reminders Supporting individuals with their care plans tailored to their specific needs Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where necessary Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with organisational policies Ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents or clients Communicating effectively with team members, residents, and families to ensure consistent care delivery

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to individual requirements Good IT skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others Ability to work flexibly, including shifts that may involve evenings or weekends if necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 44 per week
