We are currently seeking a
male care assistant
to join our friendly and dedicated team within our care home. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and experienced in providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to male residents, respecting their privacy and dignity. Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, and mobility. Support residents with medication (if trained and required). Maintain accurate records of care provided. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members. Promote a safe and homely environment for all residents.
Requirements:
Gender:
Male (due to personal care needs of residents).Experience:
Minimum 1 year working in a care home or similar environment.Qualifications:
ValidDBS check (Enhanced)
- required.Care Certificate
- essential. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not mandatory).Skills:
Compassionate, patient, and respectful with strong communication skills. Must have the right to work in the UK.To Apply:
