We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of care plans and daily activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual requirements. Drive clients to appointments or social activities when necessary. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to drive is advantageous for providing transportation support. Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining care records and documentation. Experience in home care or care home settings is preferred but not essential. Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-13.87 per hour
