Care Assistant
We are currently seeking Care Assistants to join our passionate teams.
Looking to fill 2x 22hrs days and 2x 33hrs or 44hrs days.

Silvercrest is a small family of nursing care homes across South Wales. Our ethos is to provide quality care, and ensuring that privacy, dignity, and choice for our residents is at the heart of everything we do.
Are you energetic, motivated, and caring? Do you have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude? We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant at our home. Experience is not essential, but desired, as training will be provided along with a comprehensive induction program.
What you'll be doing:
Providing care and support to residents in our home
Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility.
Monitoring and recording residents' physical and emotional well-being
Engaging in activities with residents to promote socialization and mental and emotional stimulation
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Collaborating with the care & nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
