Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Care Assistant

to join our team and provide high-quality personal care and support to individuals in need out in the community covering Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wroughton, Cricklade, Purton, Broad Town and Broad Hinton. As a Care Assistant you will help clients maintain their independence and dignity by assisting with daily activities and promoting overall well-being in a respectful and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting Assist with mobility Support with meals, including preparation if necessary Assisting with medication Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and bed making

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care role is not essential as full training will be provided A genuine passion for helping others and a compassionate nature Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client confidentiality Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
