Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Peace of Mind Home Support Ltd. This role is for evenings including every other weekend, In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life while ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Implement care plans tailored to each client's individual requirements. Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel. Drive to clients' homes as required, ensuring timely and reliable service.

Requirements

Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes. A valid driving license is essential.
