Male Care Assistant

to join our team.

The ideal candidate must reside in Thamesmead SE28 area or it's environ.

He will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals in a home care settings. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans while ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport. Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements

Must be resident within the Thamesmead SE28 area or its environ.

Previous experience in home care or a similar role is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively. Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes. A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary. A genuine passion for providing quality care and support to individuals in need.
