Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our residents' daily needs and enhancing their quality of life in our nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their health status. Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages resident participation in activities. Drive residents to appointments or social outings as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and staff. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation. Ability to drive is advantageous but not mandatory. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
