ADL & Partners Ltd are recruiting care assistants to join our expanding team.
To work efficiently, conscientiously, safely, and to maintain high standard of care provision supporting clients in their daily living activities.
Main duties are:
1. To work as part of a team and contribute to the home's efficiency
2. To contribute and participate in staff meetings and attend update/refresher training whilst recognizing the need to self-develop.
3. To adhere to the Home Policies and Procedures and raise awareness of non-compliance.
4. To observe the Health and Safety Policy and work safely to include COSHH/PPE.
5. To enhance and promote the client's quality of life through effective working, efficiency and attention to detail.
6. To be caring, sympathetic and tactful when dealing clients and their relatives.
7. To assist clients with their personal care giving help in areas of bathing, washing, dressing, maintaining personal hygiene and sanitary requirements but supporting independence.
Previous experience as a care assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
