06:45 - 22:45

Main Duties

Supporting clients with

personal care

(bathing, showering, toileting) Promoting

independence

and dignity in all aspects of care Assisting with

medication

, nutrition, and mobility Working with clients and families to deliver

person-centred care

Maintaining clear, accurate records for every visit

Requirements

A

full UK driving licence

and access to a vehicle Satisfactory

references and DBS check
