We are looking to recruitment enthusiastic and dedicated Health & Wellbeing Support Workers to join our team.

Moorland opened in December 2023 after being taken over by a small family run business with over 20 years experience in providing exceptionally standards of care for people with Mental Health and Complex needs. There was some significant investment made to make changes to the building and layout which positively impacts the environment to live and work in.

Moorland provides nursing care for adults over the age of 18 years who may have a mental health disorder or learning disability, alongside complex physical needs.

Experience:
- Prior experience is advantageous, although not essential.
- Ability to drive the company vehicle is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English language
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation

Applicants without a suitable qualification such as NVQ/QCF/C&G level 2 or 3, will be required to complete the qualification.

If not already registered with Social Care Wales, there will be a requirement to do so within 6 months of starting the role.

The position requires a level of flexibility, and a requirement to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Pay: 23,081.00-34,794.00 per year
