We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of high-quality care to our patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Record accurate care records
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene care and meals for the patients
- Help patients with mobility and transportation needs
Qualifications
- Proficient in English language
- Basic IT skills for record keeping
- Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous
