Health Care Assistant

, you'll not only support residents with day-to-day living -- you'll also be part of the moments that bring them joy.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll support our residents with:

Personal care (e.g. washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support) Mealtimes and hydration Social and recreational activities Emotional support and companionship Promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of care

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

Warm, patient, and empathetic A great communicator with strong spoken and written English Passionate about improving the lives of others A team player who thrives in a caring, community-focused environment

Essential:

Right to work in the UK Experience in a care setting or supporting others Health & Social Care Diploma (NVQ/QCF Level 2 or equivalent)
