Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Follow and implement personalised care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Offer medication support as required.
Drive clients to appointments or social activities.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to senior staff.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless approach to care.
Encourage clients to participate in social activities and foster their independence.

About You

Key Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is

Strong communication skills in English (Welsh language skills are a plus).

A full and valid UK driving license with access to a reliable vehicle.
