We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants both Full time and Part time to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

- Administering of medication (full training given)

- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Help with meal times and feeding

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

- Assist with mobility and transfers

- Follow care plans and ensure clients' safety and well-being

Requirements:

- The right to work in UK (we are unable to offer sponsorships)

- NVQ or Health & Social Care Award

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required

- Compassionate and patient nature

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including alternate weekends
