Positions Available:

We have a day carer position which is for 5 shifts per week i.e. 35 hours. Our shift times are 8.00am to 3.00pm and 3.00pm to 10.00pm. We also have a bank position available (days and/or nights) for anyone who is looking to pick up additional hours without being tied into a weekly contract.

Responsibilities:

Provide care and support to residents. Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and grooming. Respond promptly to residents' calls for assistance. Maintain a safe and secure environment. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care or support role. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable). Compassionate and patient nature. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends. Enhanced DBS clearance.
