Description

Quality care is at the very heart of what we do. Having the right people with the right attitude to care is essential to us and we're currently on the lookout for dedicated carers to join our friendly team.


Your main function will be to provide care and support to people in their own homes in accordance with their own care plan. This can vary from personal care, support with domestic chores to social activities.


We offer excellent rates of pay and our ethos of putting the client first will give you the environment you need to do your job really well - and enjoy it at the same time.

We are proud to say that unlike many other care companies we do not offer Zero Hour contracts.

All of our staff are paid from the start to the end of their shift - regardless of how many visits scheduled on your shift. Therefore you are paid even when clients go into respite, hospital, go on holiday, cancel their visit or when the care package has ended.

You will always know which days you are working every week, when you are starting and finishing work and know how much income you will receive every month.
