Salary: 12.25 per Hour (12.95 enhanced)

Hours: Full Time

Up 36 Hours Per Week

12 hour and 6 hour shifts.

Day Shift

Enhanced DBS and references will be required.

About Us:

St Georges Lodge Residential Care Home are seeking to recruit a Full Time Health Care Assistant to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team.

As an independent residential care home providing kind, compassionate care to 26 residents, including dementia care. We are looking for people who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for the older generation.

Hours of work are

36 hours per week, (12 and 6 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be to provide personal care to residents, supporting them to be as independent as possible. You will be offering support with nutritional needs, recording the care delivered to each resident and will also help and engage in activities, personal errands and general assistance with the daily lives of the residents.

Desirable skills include:

An NVQ or diploma in Health and Social Care level 2 or The Care Certificate. The successful person will be motivated, reliable and willing to work as part of a team to help deliver outstanding care to the residents of St Georges Lodge. Enhanced DBS and references will be required.

Opportunities of career progression and development to Team Leader or Senior roles.

Rates of pay - 12.25ph (12.95 enhanced weekends)
