The Role

As a Care Assistant with Cariad Care, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in the local community. Duties may include:

Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Medication support Meal preparation and hydration Light household tasks Companionship and emotional support Supporting clients with mobility and maintaining independence Accurate record-keeping and reporting Ensuring dignity, respect and kindness at all times

What We Offer

13.00 per hour weekdays

13.50 per hour weekends

250 bonus when you join before 31st December and pass probation

Mileage allowance Flexible shifts to suit your availability Full training provided - no experience required Supportive management team and opportunities for progression Uniform, DBS and PPE provided
