Overview:

Choose Fairfields Home Care and you can earn 13.00 - 16.00 per hour with mileage at 35p per mile.

As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents within the Moneymore Area. We have Single and Double runs available!

We are looking Full and Part-time Care Assistants to join out Cookstown Home Care Team. This role is not suitable for sponsorship.

As a Home Care Assistant you can expect:

- Competitive hourly rate (13 from Monday - Saturday AM, 13.75 on Saturday B2B and 14.50 on Sundays. Pay rate is also 13 for sitting services and 16 per hour for named bank holidays).

Key Requirements

- Have 2 suitable references

- Be caring and friendly

- Have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle

- Be eligible to work in the UK

- Good standard of verbal and written English

- Have your NISCC pin or be willing to get your NISCC pin within the first 3 months of employment.

KEY DUTIES

Undertake personal care and daily living tasks as agreed with the service user, their family and the professionals involved with the individual service plan. Assisting and enabling Washing and dressing Providing food and refreshment Mobility Bed making Providing interest in activities to stimulate and engage the service user Companionship and care Administering medication (where required) Record Keeping
