Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistants on all shifts patterns to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in a care home setting. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring their well-being

Roles available Roles include 12 hour shifts and weekend working on a 2 week rolling Rota

All interviews will be held locally and in person on 8th May by our Senior Management Team, if successful at screening, you will be sent a application form that must be FULLY completed before interviews slots will be confirmed

Duties

Support residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Assist in the implementation of care plans Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care tea Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families. Help residents with mobility and transportation needs, including driving when required

PLEASE NOTE - This loving and well managed care home but is extremely busy

Skills

Experience or willingness to work in a care home environment Ability to communicate effectively in English Proficiency in IT for record keeping and communication purpose Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others Understanding of home care practices and procedures
