Responsibilities

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would travel to the customers' homes in Worcestershire and assist as a Care Assistant with daily tasks, as agreed between the customers and Caremark, being a pair of helping hands with tasks that require it.

Your role would include helping customers with tasks such as:

Shopping & meal preparation Prompting with medication Support daily routines + Respite services
Socialising & leisure activities Helping customers access the community

We are happy to speak to you if you're new to care and just starting out, or have been in the industry as a Care Assistant for years. You might be looking for full time work or just a few hours to pass the time, either way, we would love to hear from you.
