Care Compliance Facilitator

to play a vital role in strengthening our compliance framework and supporting front-line teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and fully compliant services.

About the Role




Reporting to the

Head of Care Compliance

, you will support the coordination and embedding of systematic compliance management across Care & Lifestyle Services. This is a key role that combines compliance support, data management, process improvement, and collaboration with operational teams to ensure regulatory standards and best practice are consistently met.


While this is not a registered role, it requires strong operational insight, sound judgment, and a clear understanding of regulated care environments.

Key Responsibilities



Support front-line colleagues to understand and apply care legislation and compliance requirements Assist in implementing workforce training pathways across Care & Lifestyle roles Collate and maintain workforce data within the

ASC-WDS

system for benchmarking and oversight Create, review, and maintain guidance documents, procedures, and intranet content Help embed best practice across care operations and support continuous improvement Review and enhance policies, processes, and SOPs in collaboration with the care team Monitor and manage the Care Compliance inbox, directing queries appropriately Assist with monthly compliance reporting to support operational decision-making Contribute to the Monthly Care News for operational teams Support accident and incident analysis, escalating compliance or performance concerns Assist with regulatory requirements including manager and location registrations and absence notifications Provide support on compliance-related projects as required Offer general administrative support, including meeting minutes and inbox cover during leave

About You




You will bring hands-on experience from a regulated care environment and a strong commitment to safeguarding and quality care for older people. You are organised, resilient, and confident in balancing regulatory, business, and customer needs.

Essential skills and experience:



Operational experience delivering regulated care activities Strong understanding of safeguarding, care legislation, and compliance standards Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a matrix organisation Confidence in decision-making and working under pressure Proficiency in Adobe & Microsoft Office

Desirable:



Previous compliance experience QCF Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care Experience within retirement living or nationwide care services
