Job Summary:

We are a friendly and dynamic care provider seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Care Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient, and confident in managing the varied tasks involved in delivering exceptional care. A valid UK driver's licence and access to your own transport are essential for this role.

Duties:

Advise and direct care staff in their role Meet and arrange care for new clients, making assessments of care needs and liaising with healthcare professionals Conduct reviews of clients and do staff supervisions Take phone calls, arrange staff rotas and training sessions Maintain industry and CQC standards of care provision Provide hands-on care in the community during emergency situations where immediate care is needed Help develop our services throughout Oxfordshire
Experience:

NVQ Level 3 or above or equivalent qualification Experience in care coordination
If you have excellent organisational and communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact in the care industry, we would like to hear from you. Having a UK driver's license and your own transport is essential for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
