Responsibilities



Coordinate patient care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare providers. Manage medical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Support medical staff with administrative tasks related to patient management. Maintain accurate records using medical terminology and office procedures. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction. Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up activities. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive medical information.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience in domiciliary or home care coordination. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care principles. Proven ability to lead and motivate care teams. Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
