The Role

We are seeking an organised, compassionate, and proactive

Part-Time Care Coordinator

to join our team for

3 days per week

. You will play a key role in coordinating care packages, supporting carers, and ensuring service users receive safe, responsive, and high-quality care.

This role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility while remaining closely involved in care delivery and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule care packages to ensure continuity and safe delivery of care

Manage staff rotas, matching carers' skills and availability to service user needs

Act as a key point of contact for service users, families, carers, and external professionals

Support onboarding of new care staff, including inductions and shadowing arrangements

Maintain accurate care records, rotas, and compliance documentation

Respond to changes in care needs, sickness, and short-notice cover requirements

Support care reviews, risk assessments, and care plan updates

Work closely with the Registered Manager and senior team to maintain CQC compliance

What We're Looking For

Experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or care management role

Good understanding of domiciliary and/or complex care services

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Confident, empathetic communicator with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

IT literate (rota systems, care management software, Microsoft Office)

Knowledge of CQC standards and person-centred care (desirable)

Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one)

Flexibility to support occasional coordination needs outside core hours (by agreement)
