Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced care co-ordinator to work within our family-run care and support at home company. The role will be based at our Coatbridge Branch. However, we provide care in the Falkirk, West Lothian, and South Lanarkshire.

Duties:

You will manage the workloads of care delivery staff on a day-to-day basis You will have an excellent career record in the care sector, will be a confident user of IT, and will have the ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks. You will also be liaising closely with the Registered Manager in planning and organising supervisions and shadowing alongside arranging care reviews and risk assessments for Service Users. You will manage absence and be responsible for the line management of the care delivery team reporting to the Registered Manager.

Requirements:

The role also involves liaising with Service Users and other professionals. The role will include participation in the out-of-hours on-call service and carrying out reviews/spot checks within the community, therefore you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered for this role. Applicants should ideally have a good understanding of the Care at Home sector and suitable experience within this sector, with skills in rostering, IT, administration, and customer service. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator and a methodical worker able to ensure tasks are fully completed in a pressurised environment. The successful applicant will work well as part of a team and be able to work on their own initiative. Applicants must be flexible as the role will involve on-call duties outside of working hours.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:00 with participation in the Out of Hours rota.

Salary - 25,000 plus performance-based bonus and out of hours payment
