What you can add:
You will assess, plan, implement, and monitor care in collaboration with service users, carers, and the multidisciplinary team.
You will deliver person-centred, holistic care that meets mental, physical, spiritual, psychological, and social needs -- supporting service user choice and inclusion in all aspects of care.
You will promote open communication and effective teamwork within the multidisciplinary team.
You will role model excellent communication and professional behaviour while providing supervision and assessment for junior staff and students.
You will contribute to maintaining a welcoming, safe, and dignified clinical environment.
What you'll need:
Registered Nurse (Mental Health) or professional registration in Social Work or Occupational Therapy.
Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Experience in community mental health (e.g., Home Treatment Team, CMHT) or acute inpatient settings.
Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for complex mental health conditions.
Desirable:
Access to a car and a full driving licence.
