Job Description
We have a vacancy within our management team for Part time Care Coordinator based at our satellite in Dolgellau. If you have care experience or care management experience and hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care and are looking to take that next step on the ladder then we would like to hear from you. The post is part time at 16 hours a week with a salary of 10,656.88. The position requires a driver and the ability to participate in the on-call rota which is paid additonally.
