About the Role



As a Care Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our service - ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional care delivery. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where your organisational skills and people-first approach will truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:



Create and maintain accurate care schedules for Clients and Care Assistants Act as the main point of contact for Client and Care Assistant queries Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and support our goal of achieving a Very Good rating Match Care Assistants to Clients thoughtfully and efficiently Monitor availability, holidays, sickness, and rota gaps Support recruitment planning and report on staffing needs Handle enquiries professionally and contribute to business growth

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in domiciliary care - essential Familiarity with electronic scheduling/care management systems - essential Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology Flexible and willing to participate in on-call duties when required SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent - desirable Local area knowledge (Dundee, South Angus, North Fife) - highly desirable

Must hold a full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
