The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and organised Care Coordinator to join our growing team. In this key role, you'll help oversee daily care operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our clients, carers, and management team. You'll play a vital part in maintaining our excellent standards and helping Emezzions Wiltshire continue to grow as one of the region's leading home care services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily communications and scheduling in the office.
Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, families, and care staff.
Create, edit, and manage rotas with accuracy and forward planning.
Conduct staff supervisions, service reviews, and care plan updates.
Support onboarding of new clients, including care assessments and documentation.
Maintain accurate and transparent records across the business.
Provide hands-on care visits and assessments when required.
Take part in the on-call rota as part of the management team.
About You
Experienced in the care sector (Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification desirable).
Skilled in scheduling or coordination (experience in home care, domiciliary care, or logistics is beneficial).
Confident using Microsoft Office, smartphones, tablets, and scheduling software.
An excellent communicator -- both written and verbal.
Proactive, organised, and adaptable under pressure.
Compassionate, professional, and committed to quality care.
A car driver with a full UK licence and reliable vehicle.
Willing to support clients in the community when needed.
