Job Description

While this position is not yet open (as we are not currently offering personal care services), we are building a database of candidates

for when we launch our care provision services in the near future.

This full-time position is perfect for someone who:

Is inclusive and promotes team morale, collaboration, and motivation among staff. Ensures quality service delivery and compliance with regulations at all times. Is decisive and can make impactful decisions when assessments justify them, ensuring the best outcomes are implemented fairly. Is a Carer at heart, not just an office-based person, and is willing to work hands-on in the community when needed, with no hesitation. Collaborates with senior management on community campaigns to support awareness days/weeks, showcasing our dedication to the community.
This position requires someone who is a natural leader, empathetic, and eager to grow with a new and ambitious company that offers significant opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and support a team of carers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services. Regularly assess service delivery, staff performance, and compliance, addressing any issues proactively. Provide hands-on care when needed, maintaining a deep understanding of clients' needs. Promote staff morale and encourage teamwork. Collaborate with senior managers to organize and execute community support initiatives. Ensure the team remains aligned with company values and mission.

Job Details:



Full-time, Monday to Friday (with weekend availability required; some weekdays off may be provided).

Must be a driver with a reliable vehicle (essential for the role).

A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
