Job Description

Majestic Healthcare LTD are currently looking for a Care Coordinator who can work in our Wolverhampton based office. The applicant must be a driver with a full licence. The role includes being oncall shared with 3 other staff. We need someone who is truly passionate about delivering high quality care to vulnerable adults within the local community.

The office is in Wolverhampton but the care calls are in Stoke on Trent, Telford and Staffordshire areas. Cars are provided to use in the field for assessments and reviews.

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an individual with ambition, creativity and commitment to join our expanding team. You will support our service users by enabling them to improve their quality of life and helping them achieve their desired goals.

Duties


o To conform to all Policies and Procedures laid down by the Organisation in respect of carrying out these Care Duties and in other administrative aspects of the business, as relevant.

o To participate as directed by the Domiciliary Care Services Manager / Supervisor in Induction Training and regular In service Training programmes.

o To maintain accurate, concise and timely records of client care, diary sheets, time sheets and mileage sheets.

o To participate in Staff, Team and Quality Management Review Meetings as directed by the Domiciliary Care Services Manager / Supervisor.

o To report back to the Domiciliary Care Services Manager / Supervisor on any aspect of client care which he / she feels warrants investigation or urgent action.

Participate in staff and service user meetings as and when required Carrying out assessments for new care packages, care planning and risk assessments Maintain professional knowledge and competence. Attend mandatory training days/courses, on or off site as and when required. Participate in relevant NVQ training to achieve required qualifications. Report immediately to the team leader or care coordinator any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by a service user, colleague, self or another. Carry out administrative tasks as and when required. Share in the completion of domestic tasks to assist in the overall running of your place of work. ensuring environmental hygiene is met through the completion of required cleaning tasks. Ensure that all information of confidential nature gained in the course of duty is not divulged to third parties. Work in a team, contributing to effective team working and participating in reviews of service delivery standards. Adhere to all company policies and procedures within defined timescales. Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably assigned to you

Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
