Responsibilities
Organise and schedule care appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and healthcare professionals, maintaining clear communication channels
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, care plans, and appointments using office systems
Coordinate with care teams to ensure all client needs are met promptly and effectively
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Support the onboarding process for new clients and staff members
Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures related to care services
Skills
Previous office experience is highly desirable to efficiently manage administrative responsibilities
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise confidently with clients and team members
Compassionate approach with a genuine desire to support individuals in need of care
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office or similar programmes
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and scheduling tasks
