Joining our busy team as a Care Coordinator, you'll allocate the right Support Staff to the right person. You'll make sure that every single one of our customer gets the quality of service they deserve within their commissioned hours. To ensure accurate recordings you will oversee the management of the EMS
Experienced
Care Coordinator duties will include:
Being the first point of contact for Customers and Support Workers
Coordinating care packages
Creating and maintaining rotas making coordinating calls easy
Care Coordinator Requirements:
At least 6 months recent experience of Care Coordinating essential
Be pro-active, flexible and committed to providing a quality service
Have excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
Drivers licence and own vehicle would be advantageous
Qualification in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential.
Be part of the On Call and Back Up Rota

Experience:
Care Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
