Contract- 24 Hours per week

Salary- 28,000 pro rota

We are now seeking an organised, compassionate, and proactive care coordinator to join our award winning team.

Duties

As a Care coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our care service. You will be responsible for scheduling care visits, supporting care staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring clients receive consistent, high- quality support.

Develop and manage rotas to ensure all care visits are effectively covered. Communicate with clients, families, carers and external professionals Allocate care staff based on skills, availability, and client needs. Manage last minute changes to rotas calmly and effectively Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company polices Maintain accurate digital and paper records Participate in the on- call duties every other weekend.

bout You

Experience in domiciliary care. Hold a NVQ Level 3 in health & Social care Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve quickly Good IT skills ( care planning/rostering software is a bonus) A caring, empathetic and professional approach Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle
