What We're Looking For:

Experience coordinating Previous experience with the PASS system (preferred) Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential) Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must already have the right to work in the UK -- we do not offer sponsorship

What You'll Do:

Schedule and manage care worker rotas Ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple client areas Maintain accurate records and create individualised care plans using digital systems Support carers in the field and uphold service standards Liaise and collaborate with clients, families, external professionals, and multidisciplinary teams Work closely with other professionals to ensure each client's care plan meets their individual needs

Pay: 26,325.00-27,300.00 per year
