Care Coordinator
to join their team based in London. You will join us on a
full-time permanent basis
and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of
24,000 - 26,000 per annum

Bloomscare is an established care agency across London that provides support, guidance and assistance to our clients in their own home. As a leading care agency, we have established a strong reputation within the local areas.
As a care coordinator you would have worked within the domiciliary care sector and have experience in care rota management but we would also consider candidates that have worked with systems, rota's or managed high volumes of bookings or appointments. A key part of this role will be directly managing the carer rotas for a group of carers who work in the community so relationship building and people management skills are essential. You will also support in the smooth running of the office and work closely with the team to manage all enquiries and communications.
Required Duties:
Manage weekly schedules for both service users and staff to ensure service runs smoothly
Lead on on-call and emergency care and support responsibilities as required
Work with HR Administrator, Registered Manager, and Operations Manager to maintain and update staff training records as required to ensure compliance.
Assist the HR Administrator in administrative duties related to recruitment and HR (organising interviews, obtaining references, liaising with candidates, etc)
Participate in the on-call rota
Receive training to work with service users in order to be able to support service users as a last resort on-call option.
Responsible for developing and maintaining spreadsheets capturing pertinent KPIs.
Use content management systems (recruitment, referral intake, compliance spreadsheets) to maintain and update internal databases
Work closely with the Registered Manager and Operations Manager to support in tasks to improve efficiency of organisation

Required Qualifications:
GCSEs or above
Minimum of two years' experience working as a Care Coordinator or similar position
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in relevant field
NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
