Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and allocate care staff according to service user needs
Maintain accurate care records, rotas, and electronic systems
Support medication coordination and MAR chart compliance
Respond to emergencies, staff absences, and short-notice changes
Liaise with service users, families, staff, and external professionals
Support audits, quality monitoring, and CQC compliance
Requirements:
Experience in care coordination, senior care, or supervisory role
Knowledge of domiciliary or supported living services
Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
Understanding of safeguarding, care planning, and medication management
NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (Essential)
Full UK driving licence (Essential)
