Key Responsibilities
Manage rotas and daily scheduling
Coordinate brokerage, bid on brokerage and new care packages
Liaise with clients, families and professionals
Complete spot checks and monitoring visits
Support staff supervisions where required
Essential Criteria
Experience in domiciliary care coordination or senior care role
Strong organisational and IT skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication skills
Desirable Criteria
NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care
Experience using electronic care/rostering systems
