We're Hiring: Care Coordinator

Location: Greater Manchester. Office is bases in Chadderton, Oldham.

About the Role

As a Care Coordinator, you will be the heart of our operations--responsible for managing care packages, scheduling visits, liaising with clients and carers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily schedules and rotas for care staff Conduct risk assessments and home visits (where applicable) Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and staff records Support recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards (e.g., CQC) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

What We're Looking For:

Experience in domiciliary/home care or health & social care settings Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in digital care systems (e.g., Nourish (previously Care Planner)) A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
