Maintain regular communication with clients and families to ensure satisfaction and respond to changing needs.
Support carers in the field with queries, emergencies, or last-minute changes.
Maintain accurate care records using the company's care management system.
Ensure all visits are logged and reported correctly for audit and billing purposes.
Assist in onboarding new care workers including induction scheduling and compliance checks.
Monitor carer performance and punctuality, flagging concerns to senior staff.
1 week day evening and 1 weekend in 4 on-call rota to support out-of-hours queries.
UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
Person Specification:
Essential:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or similar (If level 2, must be willing to work towards level 3)
Experience in a care coordination or scheduling role (preferably domiciliary care).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic rostering systems.
Understanding of CQC requirements and domiciliary care standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Qualifications:
Background in home care with IT skills/ coordinating and local geographical knowledge. knowledge. Additional hours may be required in the community as and when needed.
