Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a Care Coordinator in Bristol North!

You'll help with...

Coordinating schedules

- preparing rotas & communicating with staff, clients & families

Building awareness

- assessing clients in your local community

Upholding reputation

- handling complaints & taking action

Delivering care

- offering clients a friendly face & good company; participating in out of hours on-call

Leadership

- by inducting new starters & assessing Team training

Upholding standards

- ensuring compliance with policies

You'll need...

A willingness to learn & develop in your new role Experience providing domiciliary care Ability to deal with challenging & deadline driven work A driving licence & access to a vehicle A caring & respectful attitude Strong communication, organisational & teamwork skills A responsible, dedicated & flexible work ethic
