Job Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 08.30-05.00 and on-call

Job Hours/Type Notes: All candidates must have a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure and have experience in coordinating domiciliary care. Own transport, Level 3 Health and Social Care and knowledge of Unique IQ software preferred.

Who are we?

Assured Care was established over 30 years ago and has been well-lead by a highly skilled and experienced management team. We assist people in their own homes or in the community with personal, domestic, social and emotional and end of life care, specialising in supporting carers and people with dementia.

What is the job?

The coordinator is required to assist the management team with the daily running of the office and scheduling. You will need to be computer literate, have a friendly and professional telephone manner, work well under pressure, have excellent people skills and easily prioritise your work. You will be required to assist with the care in the community when required. Full job description will be available on request with application form.
