Responsibilities



Coordinate and schedule care appointments, ensuring timely delivery of services Liaise with clients, families, and care providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using organisational software Assist in developing personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals Monitor client progress and adjust care arrangements as necessary Respond promptly to client enquiries and resolve any issues or concerns effectively Support the onboarding of new clients by providing necessary information and documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies

Qualifications



Previous office experience is preferred, demonstrating strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Compassionate approach with a genuine interest in supporting individuals' wellbeing Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in the use of standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
