Care Coordinator

to join our fast-growing team and play a key role in supporting both our carers and clients.

The Role - Care Coordinator

This is a fast-paced and varied role, where you'll work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure our service runs smoothly. You will be responsible for

rota planning, scheduling, and ensuring client visits are covered

with the right carers at the right times.

Key duties include:

Creating and managing rotas to ensure continuity of care Matching carers to clients based on skills and personality Liaising daily with carers, clients, and families to maintain high-quality service Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new carers Ensuring compliance with

CQC standards and safeguarding requirements

Problem-solving rota gaps, sickness cover, and urgent client needs Supporting the on-call rota when required Building strong relationships with carers to keep them motivated and supported

What We're Looking For

Experience in a care coordination, scheduling, or similar role within domiciliary care/home care Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding Excellent communication skills with carers, clients, and professionals IT literacy (experience with care management software desirable) Flexible approach to work, including participation in the on-call rota
