Team Manager - Senior Care Coordinator

to join the team and support with leading our coordination team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

Your Role

Lead and manage

a team of Care Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high standards. Provide

coaching and support

through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and development plans. Guide the team through complex scheduling, compliance, and recruitment-matching challenges. Drive

continuous improvement

in rota efficiency, financial accuracy, and system use. Act as a senior point of escalation and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 4 years' experience in team management with care coordination or experience within operational roles in health/social care. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of payroll, billing, and rota logistics. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Confident using care management systems (e.g., One Touch) and Microsoft Office. A full driving licence and access to your own transport.

Desirable Extras

NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, Management, or related field. Experience mentoring or coaching teams. Knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
