The Role
As a
Care Coordinator
, you'll play a
key role in keeping our service running smoothly
.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You will:
Organise and schedule care visits
, ensuring the right care is delivered at the right time.
Be the
first point of contact
for clients, their families, and our care staff.
Respond quickly
to changes and emergencies, keeping calm under pressure.
Monitor care delivery to
maintain CQC compliance
and our Outstanding standards.
Keep key
operational and care records up to date
(training, compliance trackers, service logs).
Carry out
spot checks, staff supervisions, and finance audits
.
Support recruitment, training, and development
of care staff.
Build strong relationships with
external agencies and partners
.
Take part in the
on-call Rota
(2 weekday evenings and 1 weekend per month).
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, caring, and ready to take ownership of their role.
You'll need:
Experience in domiciliary/home care
(essential).
Excellent
organisational and time management skills
.
Strong
communication and people skills
.
The ability to
problem-solve quickly
and stay calm under pressure.
Good
IT skills
(experience with scheduling software is a bonus).
A
caring nature
and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.
Bonus points if you:
Have experience supervising care teams or working in a similar coordinator role.
Love building relationships and motivating teams.
Are passionate about high-quality care and continuous improvement.
